Direct from the farms, and hand-selected by The Fine Cheese Co. Bath, here are some of the finest examples at their peak. Award-winning cheeses.

Ditcheat Hill Cheddar - authentic Somerset Cheddar, made by the Green Family in the shadow of Glastonbury Tor.

250g hand-cut from a 25k cloth-wrapped cheese - 14 months old, with a wonderful herbaceous aroma and full tang. Unpasteurised. Vegetarian.

Donge Brie de Meaux - one of the worlds great cheeses from the Ile de France, made by the Donge family.

250g hand-cut from a 3k wheel - a really fruity Brie that borders on Camembert for intensity of flavour. Unpasteurised.

Quenby Hall Stilton - from Quenby Hall, Leicestershire and the home of Stilton, this cheese is now being made again at its 17th century birth-place. 250g hand-cut from a 9k cheese - rich and exceptionally creamy, with a deep full flavour. Vegetarian.

In peak condition. Cut and wrapped by hand. *Sent in a chilled box by overnight courier to arrive by lunchtime.

The cheeses will keep in the fridge for 10 days. Each piece is wrapped in a waxed paper to maintain its freshness.

* except certain postcodes in Scotland.

We ice-pack our cheeses and despatch them overnight to arrive in perfect condition.
